Our studio features a complete broadcast-quality audio setup, including RØDE PodMic microphones paired with RØDE PSA1 boom arms for clean, comfortable positioning and a clutter-free desk. Everything is powered through the RØDECaster Pro II, an industry-leading production console that handles recording, mixing, and monitoring with exceptional clarity. The result is rich, balanced audio that sounds polished straight out of the studio, perfect for podcasts, interviews, and live recordings.

Feelworld Teleprompter
Our studio is equipped with three Sony FX30 cinema cameras paired with fast Sigma 18–55mm f/2.8 lenses, delivering sharp 4K footage with a cinematic, multi-angle look. For presenters who want extra confidence on camera, we also have a Feelworld TP16 teleprompter, allowing scripts, talking points, or prompts to be displayed directly in line with the lens. The teleprompter is remotely controlled, making it easy to adjust pacing or content on the fly without interrupting the recording.

2 × Amaran Studio Lights with 3 Diffusers
Professional LED lighting with soft diffusers ensures flattering, even light on every angle, giving your podcast a clean, cinematic finish on camera.
Live Streaming
Our studio is fully equipped for live streaming using OBS Studio, allowing us to manage and control the entire broadcast in real time. We handle the technical setup, switching, and monitoring of the live output to ensure a smooth, reliable stream across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, so you can focus on the conversation while we take care of the rest.
Off Site Recording
If you can’t make it to our studio, we can bring the studio to you. Pillar Media offers on-site podcast recording using our industry-leading fly-away kit, allowing us to capture professional audio and video at your workplace, home, or chosen location. This setup is ideal for businesses, founders, and teams who want high-quality content without the hassle of travel or studio bookings.
Our mobile setup delivers the same broadcast-level production you’d expect in-studio, with everything handled by our team. From setup and recording through to monitoring and pack-down. We’ve used this approach for podcasts including The Good Day Matrix and Reflections, ensuring a smooth, professional experience no matter the location.

Audio Only
Record up to 5 audio channels. (4x Live Mics and 1x Bluetooth connection)
Up to 5 separate audio channels as .wav files and 1x full mix audio file.
Output: Audio Supplied via Frame Io, where it can be downloaded, or bring your own micro SD Card.
Price $200/h ex GST
Studio Engineer can be hired at extra $100/h ex GST to monitor audio and offer technical help.

Includes everything in audio only as well as:

1x Studio Engineer to run Video, Audio and Technical help.
Output: Video and Audio files will be supplied via Frame Io where they can be downloaded, or bring your own hard drive and we can transfer files all files onto that.

Video, Audio & YouTube Edit
Includes everything from Video & Audio as well as:
1x Fully edited HD basic YouTube edit, which would be ready for upload to YouTube, including audio enhancing, any colour correction and editing.
Edit Price: Starting from $100/h ex GST (price will depend on podcast record time)
Full Output
Includes everything from Video, Audio and YouTube edit, as well as edits for social media and behind the scenes photos.
